A few weeks ago, the Savage Lands instagram page received a message from Schammasch… A band we honestly did not know so far. They actually knew us and wanted to be part of our initiative. Therefore, we read they were offering us to be well mentioned in their merch shop, on their official website. In fact, their idea is to suggest their fans to support us and make a donation. We must say we were pleased to read this from artists we actually never meet. It is a very encouraging sign. As some of our early followers know, we are trying to engage the whole community, through a wide project. We are open to any musical style and likely to support various types of preservation actions if we are given the option.
We believe everything starts from an idea, then a will to act. It seems to us that the Schammasch initiative is exactly why we started Savage Lands. We would like to see people getting proud to join and bring their contribution. Of course it can take several aspects and we are not talking bumbers here… We’re talking spirit and act of goodwill.
Consequently, we’re positive that such an initiative is only the first step in a deeper collaboration that is being started between Schammach and Savage Lands!
