It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for: Public and Charitable purposes. The specific purpose of this corporation is to HELP FINANCE REFORESTATION AND THE PURCHASE OF LAND TO ALLOW SANCTUARY ZONE AND EXTENSION OF GREEN AREAS.
